Who We Are

Lucy Sparks


Lucy deals with a varied caseload across the spectrum of family breakdown, although she specialises in dealing with the financial issues arising from divorce. Lucy deals with her cases in a constructive manner and is known for her pragmatic approach to complex issues and her sensitivity to her clients.

Lucy is a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator and is able to resolve problems effectively using these processes, allowing clients to retain control of their lives. Whilst encouraging clients to find the middle ground with their ex-spouse, Lucy is also prepared to act swiftly and firmly where her clients’ best interests are at risk.

Lucy is keen to resolve matters in a non-confrontational manner wherever possible and is an enthusiastic member of Resolution.

Amelia Groom


Amelia completed her law degree at King’s College London. She was a litigation paralegal for two years before qualifying as a solicitor in February 2020 at a boutique private client practice in Lincoln’s Inn Fields. Amelia initially qualified as a private client solicitor, which gave her valuable experience in dealing with and understanding clients’ financial assets.

Amelia is building a practice in all areas of family law, including financial remedies, matters relating to children and cohabitation disputes. She has a particular interest in children matters. Amelia aims to support her clients in finding a non-confrontational solution wherever possible, but is also able to guide clients through the Court process when necessary.

Amelia is a member of Resolution and hopes to train as a mediator in the future.

Laura Kinsella


Laura read history at Durham University before completing her GDL and LPC at BPP University in London. She trained at an international commercial firm based in the City. After qualifying in 2020, she worked within their tax department for over a year before moving to Family Law Associates.

Laura has a keen interest in all areas of family law, including divorce and separation, financial disputes, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and arrangements for children.

Laura is a member of Resolution and interested in facilitating an amicable solution wherever possible, however she is also able to support clients through the court process where appropriate.

Lenka Siddiqui


Lenka is a Paralegal who joined Family Law Associates in 2006.  Taking the CILEX route, she is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of divorce, separation, financial settlements and disputes relating to children. Lenka uses her multitasking skills by providing detailed support to the solicitors and their clients. She is integral in preparing cases for court.

Prior to joining Family Law Associates, she worked for a High Street family law firm assisting with divorce and public children law cases.  Lenka is passionate about family law.

Lenka is bilingual, being fluent in Slovakian.  When Lenka is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.

Toma Masionyte

Office Manager

Toma is the Office Manager and Compliance Manager for Finance Administration. She relocated to London from Lithuania in 2006 and obtained a Law Degree from London Metropolitan University in 2012. She joined Family Law Associates in 2013.

Toma’s legal education and her practical work experience means she understands fully the requirements of a busy practice and is well placed to manage the office systems and case management procedures.
